Dink City is at 488, Jalan Burma, 10350 George Town, Pulau Pinang. We are open daily 8am – 2am — seven days a week, with the last session starting at 1:00 AM and finishing at 2:00 AM.

3 full courts and 1 training court. The training court is a smaller court for drills, lessons and warm-ups; it books and prices separately from the full courts.

You can do either. Booking online is the only way to be certain a court is free at the time you want, especially in the evenings. If you walk in and a court is open, the desk can take the booking and your payment on the spot and hand you a receipt.

By DuitNow or Touch 'n Go QR transfer. You will see a QR code at checkout, and you upload a screenshot of the transfer as proof. A member of staff checks every payment by hand, usually quickly, and your booking is confirmed once they do. At the counter you can also pay cash.

10 minutes. Choosing a court holds it for you for that long so nobody else can take it while you are transferring the money. If the 10 minutes pass without a payment, the court goes back on sale automatically — nothing is charged, and you are free to start again.

No. Off-peak hours are cheaper than peak, and weekends and public holidays are peak all day. The booking screen shows the price of every hour before you choose it, and the total you see is the total you pay.

Up to 3 hours in a row per booking. If you want longer than that, or a regular weekly slot, talk to us and we will sort it out.

Cancel more than 24 hours before your session and you get a replacement credit for each hour — good for another booking of the same kind. Inside 24 hours, or if nobody turns up, the session is forfeited. We do not refund to cash or card: everything comes back as credit.

Yes, up to 3 hours before it starts, and once per court-hour. If the new time costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less the difference is not refunded, so it is worth picking carefully. Moving is one decision, not an open-ended one — that is what keeps courts available for everyone else.

Credits are prepaid court-hours. You can buy them in bundles, and you receive them when an eligible booking is cancelled. A credit is worth one hour of the kind it came from — a peak credit books a peak hour, a training-court credit books the training court — so it is always worth exactly the hour you paid for. Credits last 12 months from the day they are issued.

Yes. Paddles are available to hire by the session, and pickleballs are for sale at the desk. Add equipment while you book, or just ask when you arrive.

A beginner workshop is the easiest way in — no equipment or experience needed, and everyone there is starting at the same place. After that our coaches run private and small-group sessions on the training court.

Yes. Our coaches take individuals and small groups, from a first lesson through to match play. Sessions are booked with the coach directly through the site.

There is. A membership gets you a discounted rate on every hour you book, plus a number of included court-hours each month. The included hours are for that month only — they do not roll over — and a membership month is always charged in full, whichever day you join.

Yes — birthdays, corporate sessions, tournaments and socials all happen here. Tell us the date and rough numbers and we will come back with the options.
