Liability Waiver & Indemnification

By booking or using Dink City's courts, equipment and facilities — whether through our website, WhatsApp, or AI booking assistant — you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Assumption of risk

Pickleball and related physical activity carry inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks arising from your participation and use of the premises.

Release & waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Dink City, its owners, staff and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from injury, loss or damage suffered while at our courts, using our amenities, or participating in any session, event or workshop, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dink City against any claims brought by you or on your behalf arising from your use of our courts, amenities and services, however you booked them.

Fitness & medical

You confirm you are physically fit to participate and have no condition that would make participation unsafe. You are responsible for your own health, hydration and any medication.

Equipment & minors

You use rented paddles and other equipment at your own risk and must report any defect before use. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult who accepts this waiver on their behalf.

Governing law

This waiver is governed by the laws of Malaysia and is read together with our Terms & Conditions.
