Refund Policy

This policy covers what you pay Dink City through this website — currently, entry fees for events. Court bookings are made through our booking provider, and its cancellation and refund terms apply to them.

Events we cancel

Events are paid for in advance, so this is the one place where we may be holding your money for something that will not happen. If we cancel an event:

• A place you have not paid for is released automatically and you owe nothing.
• A place you have paid for is refunded: we transfer the entry fee back to you by the same channel you paid with. We arrange that by hand, so it is not instant.

Because the cancellation is ours and not yours, the refund is in cash. You request it from your dashboard, and the request stays there until the refund has actually been settled.

Events you withdraw from

You may give up an event place at any time before the event starts. If the place was still unpaid, nothing further is owed. If it was already paid for, contact us — a withdrawal is not the same as a cancellation by us, and is handled case by case.

Payment verification

If we cannot verify your QR payment for an event place, the place is not confirmed and is released. Any amount you did pay is handled case by case — please contact us with your receipt.
