Refund Policy

Dink City does not offer cash refunds. Where a booking is eligible, we issue a credit you can use toward a future booking.

Cancellations

You may cancel a session more than 24 hoursbefore its start time. We'll issue a replacement credit matching the rate type (peak or off-peak) of the cancelled session, for you to book a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a credit.

No-shows

If you do not attend a booked session and did not cancel in time, the session is forfeited — no refund and no credit.

Reschedules

You may reschedule up to 1 hour before a session. If the new session is of higher value you pay the difference; if it is of lower value the difference is not refunded. Redeeming a credit of a different type follows the same difference rules.

Events we cancel

Events are paid for in advance, so this is the one place where we may be holding your money for something that will not happen. If we cancel an event:

• A place you have not paid for is released automatically and you owe nothing.
• A place you have paid for is refunded, and you choose how. Court-hour credits are issued immediately and are worth at least what you paid, because the entry fee is rounded up to whole off-peak court-hours in your favour. Alternatively we transfer the entry fee back to you by the same channel you paid with; we arrange that by hand, so it is not instant.

This is the one exception to the credit-not-cash rule stated at the top of this page: because the cancellation is ours and not yours, cash is always available if you want it. Your choice is made from your dashboard, and the option stays there until the refund has actually been settled.

Events you withdraw from

You may give up an event place at any time before the event starts. If the place was still unpaid, nothing further is owed. If it was already paid for, contact us — a withdrawal is not the same as a cancellation by us, and is handled case by case.

Payment verification

If we cannot verify your QR payment, the booking is not confirmed and the slot is released. Any amount you did pay is handled case by case — please contact us with your receipt.
